Other Training Modules:
Students who wish to deepen their yoga practice but do not wish to participate in the full 200-hour training will be welcomed into the program and will have the following options to choose from:
* Deepening Asana Practice (DAP): Students will participate in 44 hours of asana lab, which meets the first 11 Sundays from 2-6pm. Participating in DAP will help you to improve your physical practice and come to better understand why and how teachers give adjustments. The cost of the DAP module is a flat fee of $1000. Participants will receive a curriculum outlining each asana.
* Deepening Your Practice (DYP): As described above, students will participate in 44 hours of asana lab. They will also be able to choose 25 additional hours of study out of the remaining 62 taught on a variety of topics. DYP students will be given a schedule of which topics will be taught when. The cost of the DYP module is a flat fee of $1500. Participants will receive a curriculum outlining each asana as well as receive any handouts pertaining to the training sections they attend.
Please keep in mind that we will keep track of the hours attended but it’s the responsibility of the student to fulfill their hours. Students will not be reimbursed for missed hours. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent students from completing the DAP and DYP program. If this should occur we will evaluate each instance on a case-to-case basis doing our best to support our students and the integrity of the training.
If you refer a friend you'll receive $50 or a $50 donation to the charity of your choice.
