Always-At-Aum

Robin Appel is registered as an ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance and has been a Yoga Ed.™ Instructor/Trainer since 2004. She is the founder of Always-At-Aum, an organization dedicated to empowering students to make healthier decisions by becoming yoga educated. She holds teaching certifications for restorative yoga, Pilates, youth fitness training and is a Reiki master/teacher. In 2006, Integral Yoga Institute honored Robin by giving her the spiritual name, Arula, which has two translations. In Indian it means, "filled with grace," and in Sanskrit it means, "shining as the sun." Robin added Mukti as her last name, which means freedom.
